Hi, I’m Leslie, the artist behind Amusing Fusing.
I’ve been working with glass since 2007, and have experience with traditional stained glass, fused glass and even a little bit of torch work. What started as a fun class to take with one of my dear friends, has become a real passion with fusible glass. I most enjoy pieces with a little bit of fun and funk but I’ve really found a niche in creating custom pieces, which started with a wedding gift to friends who married during COVID. You can see that piece in the Custom Order section. I’ve done dogs, cats, new homes, landmarks and, of course, weddings, each with it’s own challenge, and I’ve enjoyed every minute it.
Everything is handmade right here in Virginia from high-quality materials purchased from Anything In Stained Glass from Frederick MD; a most amazing place for folks who like glass.
I hope you find something you like. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if you have a project in mind. All ideas are welcome!
